    Chahpayan is a hyperlocal delivery service for chai, coffee, snacks, and water. We bring your favorite refreshments directly to your office desk from nearby vendors.

  2. What areas do you currently serve?
    We currently deliver within a 3km radius of our partner vendors. More areas will be added soon — stay tuned!

  3. What are your delivery hours?
    Our delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Hours may vary on public holidays.

  4. How long does delivery take?
    Most orders are delivered within 15–30 minutes, depending on your distance from the vendor and current order volume.

  5. Is there a minimum order value?
    Yes, the minimum order value is ₹30. However, this may vary depending on the vendor.

  6. How do I pay for my order?
    You can pay using Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, or online prepaid methods such as debit/credit cards and wallets.

  7. Can I schedule an order in advance?
    Yes! You can choose a preferred delivery time while placing your order for hassle-free chai/snack breaks.

  8. How do I track my order?
    Once your order is placed, you’ll receive real-time updates via SMS or WhatsApp (if enabled). You can also check your order status from your account dashboard.

  9. How can I report a wrong or missing item?
    If something is missing or incorrect in your order, contact our support at chahpayan@gmail.com or call +91 878 912 4274 within 30 minutes of delivery.
