Chahpayan is a hyperlocal delivery service for chai, coffee, snacks, and water. We bring your favorite refreshments directly to your office desk from nearby vendors. -
What areas do you currently serve?
We currently deliver within a 3km radius of our partner vendors. More areas will be added soon — stay tuned! -
What are your delivery hours?
Our delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Hours may vary on public holidays. -
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 15–30 minutes, depending on your distance from the vendor and current order volume. -
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value is ₹30. However, this may vary depending on the vendor. -
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay using Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, or online prepaid methods such as debit/credit cards and wallets. -
Can I schedule an order in advance?
Yes! You can choose a preferred delivery time while placing your order for hassle-free chai/snack breaks. -
How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive real-time updates via SMS or WhatsApp (if enabled). You can also check your order status from your account dashboard. -
How can I report a wrong or missing item?
